Nikah with not Menstruated

This blog post is created to make awareness amoung people how EVIL the ideology is and people should be stay away from it.

Let's discuss if Islam in it's books allow this kind nasty nikah of 👧. We know there is no age limit in islam to marriage (not child marriage ~ child marriage is a marriage between children, here it is between one grown up man and a female child), i.e there is no specific age for one person to nikah another in Islam.

First, let's read a Quranic verse, Quran At-Talaq 65:4. This ayah is talking about the marriage of girls who are divorced (talaqed). And these divorced girls should wait a period known as waiting period (iddha) to get remarried (nikah).

Did you noticed the words "as also for those who have not menstruated yet."

You get it? Allah allows nikah of female 👧👶 who have not menstruated yet, otherwise there should be no divorse for them.

Some may claim, that maybe some women who married have problems with menstruation. But let's check what the Tafsir of this ayah says. Here i am taking the Tafsir al-Jalalayn of 65:4

Did you read the highlighted part, it says "and also for those who have not yet menstruated, because of their young age, their period shall also be three months"

The menstruation didn't happen YET, not because of any problem of the girl, but because of her age, she is too young for menstruation.

Let's look at another Tafsir of Ibn Abbas of 65:4

In this tafsir also, it mentions that menstruation not happened because they are TOO YOUNG.

One of the Sahabi was asking to Muhammad about nikah after divorse, read this part carefully

upon which another man asked: “O Messenger of Allah! What about the waiting period of those who do not have menstruation because they are too young?”

This is the question that was faced by Muhammad and Allah answered in Quran At-Talaq 65:4

Now the muslims will come and say where is the sex involved? Since Muhammad their prophet did marry Aisha in her age of 6 years. But only had consumated (sex with her) at age of 9 (Sahih Sunan an-Nasa'i 3378)

If that's the case let's look for more information about this from Quran itself.

You may have noticed the iddha (waiting period for remarraige [nikah]) is 3months. Why is that? why is this waiting period (iddha) prescribed for 3 months? Becuase Allah doesn't want muslim women to hide that she is pregnant and get married to another people.

Read Quran Al-Baqara 2:228

Divorced women have to wait three months because Allah need to verify that they are not pregnant with their ex-husband, if they are they should go to previous husband by submitting her to him.

If this is the reason for iddha (waiting period), why a too young bride child should wait for their iddha period? it is a simple answer, because their previous husband must have sexual intercourse with them.

When we check the Tafsir al-Jalalayn of 2:228, the condition for taking the iddha (waiting period) is only for those who have been sexually penetrated and not for those who had not been sexually. penetrated because of another Quran ayah Al-Ahzab 33:49

So we understood that the girls who are too young according to Quran At-Talaq 65:4 had sexual intercource with their previous husband, that's why they are required to wait for this specified 3 months period.

Now let's look at the Quranic verse Al-Ahzab 33:49

So, for those who have had no sexual relations with her prior marriage, there is no need for iddha (waiting time).

Let's check two Tafsir of this ayah now. Tafsir al-Jalalayn and Tafsir of Ibn Abbas for 33:49

[Tafsir al-Jalalayn 33:49] From the highlighted part of this tafsir we can understand that there shall be no waiting period for those who got divorsed before been touched, meaning before the previous husband have copulated (have sexual intercourse) them.

[Tafsir Ibn Abbas 33:49] says "before you had sexual intercourse with them" there is no iddha (waiting period) for those girls.

From these we could undertsand Muslims are allowed to marry TOO YOUNG girls and can have sexual intercourse with them.

NOT ONLY THIS,

Now let's check if Muhammad really cared about widowed women and he wanted his sahabis (companions) to protect them.

For that look at Sahih al-Bukhari:5079 , there is also Sahih al-Bukhari:5245

In this Sahih hadith by al-Bukhari, one of the companion (Jabir bin Abdullah) was riding his camel fast, and Allah's apostle come to him and ask him, why is he in hurry, thereupon he says he newly married a widowed women.

Then the prophet of Islam said: "Why didn't you marry a young girl so that you may play with her and she with you?"

Do you think his words care for a widowed women or hungry for sexual realtion with young virgins? When you continue reading the hadith, all he cared about women is the sexual pleasure with them.

Check this hadith Sahih al-Bukhari 2967 which gives some more information about that situation.

From this Sahih hadith we get to know why Jabir married a widow women, it is not to protect the widow but the widow should protect his family. And other sahabis are taking young virgins for marriage, read the highlighted text in the hadith with red underline.

so I felt it not proper that I should marry a young girl like them

When you look at another sahih hadith about this same situation, we can see one more thing.

Read Sahih al-Bukhari 5080

Isn't this disgusting to have liking of young virgin girl who play at her age and do the fondling thing to her.

Now let's read another Sahih hadith Sahih al-Bukhari 6130 they you may get to understand the words uttered by Allah's apostle "Why hadn't you married a virgin who would have played with you, and you would have played with her?" in Sahih al-Bukhari 2967 mentioned above.

Now let's check the age of Aisha when this was happened and we can find about it in Sahih al-Bukhari 3894. We may talk about Aisha's marriage with Muhammad in another post.
